The JLL Property Triathlon is in aid of Age UK, for their advice line, telephone friendship and for local services that offer hands on support such as Dementia Support Groups, handymen services, hospital, and doctors travel support.
By not claiming a refund, your entry fee will be donated to Age UK to ensure every older person feels supported, included, and valued*.

Please note:
- Only the purchaser can make the refund claim (i.e. if you were participating as part of a relay, but did not purchase the team, you cannot request a refund).
- If the information you provide below does not match the transaction record information, your request will not be processed.
- Request applications must be completed (& correct) by 5pm 24th July; no requests can be made after this time.
- Refund requests will be reviewed by JLL, and successful requests will be processed by 5pm 1st September.
- Successful refund requests will be processed to the card that made the original transaction.
